Payment & Subscription: Managed via Stripe. No card details are stored on TalliDraft servers. We keep your subscription status, plan, and transaction history for your account.

Usage Data: App usage statistics, IP address, device/browser info (for security, analytics, and troubleshooting).

Communications: Any messages you send to support, and all system emails sent via TalliDraft.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve TalliDraft for all users.

To generate invoices and emails, manage your account, and secure the platform.

To process payments and subscriptions (via Stripe).

To send service notifications and respond to your support requests.

To analyze app usage (in aggregate, never for ads).

Payments: All payment data is handled by Stripe. No card details are stored or seen by TalliDraft.

Email Sending: When you email an invoice, recipient and invoice details are only included as you provide them.

Legal Compliance: We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users or the public.

Data is securely stored on AWS servers, primarily located in Australia or other trusted regions.

Passwords are encrypted or hashed. Sensitive data is protected.

Access is restricted to you and essential technical staff for support or maintenance only.

We regularly review and improve security practices.

Invoices & Emails: Kept as long as your account is active or as needed for your records.

Account Deletion: You may request account and data deletion at any time—email us to start the process.
