1. Service Overview & Eligibility
TalliDraft is a web-based platform that allows users to generate, send, and manage invoices. You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
3. Use of Service & Prohibited Conduct
You may use TalliDraft only for lawful purposes. You may not use the service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Send spam or fraudulent invoices
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
- Reverse engineer, copy, or resell the platform or its contents
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
4. Subscription, Payments & Refunds
Free and paid plans are available. Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe and auto-renew unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to your selected plan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of your billing period. Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law or under extenuating circumstances—contact us for any disputes.
5. Intellectual Property
TalliDraft and all related content (excluding your own invoice data) are the intellectual property of Mayvance Cloud Systems. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform or its code without permission.
You retain all rights to your uploaded and generated invoice content. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit this data as needed to provide the service.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the service. You may also delete your account at any time.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
TalliDraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation, accuracy, or availability of the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TalliDraft and its owner(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated on this page and, where appropriate, by email. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
